The UCSF Fresno Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Center at Community Regional Medical Center’s Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center provides exemplary care from birth to childhood to adulthood. This transition of care is crucial to providing our patients with the best care, treatments, resources and support needed to live longer, healthier lives.
Our Center is the first and only combined adult and pediatric center in the Central Valley that is nationally accredited by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
We have a comprehensive interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of children and adults across the entire CF spectrum as well as CF-related diseases.
Our facilities include extensive state-of-the-art equipment, including:
- Sweat chloride testing
- Complete pulmonary function testing
- Cardiopulmonary stress tests
- Bronchoscopy
- High-resolution CT scan, and
- Ability to perform lung function testing on children less than five years of age with impulse oscillometry studies
